आविष्कारस्वातंत्र्यावर गदा

श्री. स. ह. देशपांडे ह्यांनी ए. डी. गोरवाला ह्यांच्याबद्दलच्या लेखात असे ध्वनित केले आहे की ‘‘सरकारी सत्ता आविष्कारस्वातंत्र्यावर गदा आणू शकते’ इ. परंतु हे फक्त सरकारंपुरते मर्यादित नाही. सर्वच प्रस्थापित सत्ता आविष्कारस्वातंत्र्य दडपतात. त्याची दोन उदाहरणे –
1) Tunes of India 11-10-84. A. D.Gorwala handed ove editorship of Opinion to J. R. Patel. But an article about G. D. Birla was refused for publication in Opinion by Patel and then A. D. Gorwala closed Opinion in Sept. 1983.
2) Sundar Obsener 20-11-83. After 35 years of dedicated service to the Organiser, K. R. Malkani was rudely disinissed. A Bombay firm Waster Bushwell Private Ltd. owned by Swaraj Paul entered into massive advertisement deal with the Organiser. The Organiser (Malkani) however continued to attack Swaraj Paul, Swaraj Paul asked Malkani’s dismissal etc.
